Tuition Rates

BWDC TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

Tuitions are based on a yearly rate according to the # of classes an individual student enrolls in per week. For your convenience the yearly rate is divided into 5 payments for students participating in 1-4 classes per week 1st payment due at registration ALONG WITH A $35 Registration Fee per family, 2nd payment on October 7th, 3rd payment on December 7th, 4th payment on February 7th and the 5th payment on April 7th…. for students participating in 5 or more classes per week tuition is broken up into 10 monthly payments 1st payment due at time of Registration fee along with the $35 Registration Fee then on the 7th of each month August -May. Tuitions are prorated according to the students start date

RECITAL COSTUME DEPOSITS ARE DUE BY November 15th : 1 class $50 2 or more classes $100….NO REFUND ON ANY PORTION OF A COSTUME PAYMENT

TUITION REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SECOND WEEK OF EACH SESSION
1st Session No Refund After September 23rd….2nd Session No Refund After October 21st…
3rd Session No Refund After December 21st…4th Session No Refund After February 21st…
5th Session No Refund After April 21st.
TUITION’S WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED ON THE 7th OF EACH PAYMENT PERIOD …IF A STUDENT IS GOING TO DROP A CLASS OR DROP OUT OF THE PROGRAM AN EMAIL MUST BE SENT TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE REFUND DATES ABOVE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THAT SESSION’S PAYMENT ONLY
 

 

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: In the event of a Government Ordered Shutdown all classes will switch to a remote format and your payment will cover the classes your dancer is registered in for that period.
